FOCUS ON...THE WARMEST YEAR?

To the global warming "Doubting Thomas'" I offer you the warmest year in recorded history. Barring any changes in November and December, that's exactly what 2010 will be. I don't understand the logic of those that doubt climate change. The worst case scenario of going on the assumption that we have a warming issue is the creation of new business to provide cleaner energy alternatives and greener products. Can someone tell me what we have to lose?

1. A two in three chance that 2010 will be the world’s warmest year on record. [Crikey]
2. Is there evidence of global cooling? [University of Texas at Austin News]

3. As Arctic temperatures rise, Tundra fires increase. [Science Daily]
4. It was a toasty, stormy October. [One Earth]
