WEEKEND MAGAZINE

Weekend Magazine will appear each Sunday, featuring links to magazine articles that are typically longer in the length than the stories we link to during the week. After all, it's Sunday so you should have some time to read. The number of stories appearing in the post will vary, but I expect will be 10 on average.

1. Did somebody say "Fringe"? [GQ Politics]
2. The once—and future?—Governor Moonbeam. [GQ Politics]
3. Sins of the Grandfathers: What happens in Vegas could affect your offspring. [Newsweek]
4. Pot and the GOP (Text & Video). [Newsweek]
5. The online threat: Should we be worried about a cyber war? [The New Yorker]
6. Christopher Hitchens: Tumortown. [Vanity Fair]
7. Which Party is better on the deficit? [The Atlantic]
8. New research on understanding Alzheimer's. [Time]
9. Angry America: Barack Obama and the United States are both doing a little better than Americans seem to believe . [The Economist]
10. Inside the Wisconsin Right's voter-suppression scheme . [The Nation]
