DAILY DOZEN: GOP STOPS DADT

Today, Senate Republicans moved to stop the repeal of the U.S. Military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy. It was another example of flip-flopping by GOP Senator's, most specifically John McCain. McCain had said in the past that if the military thought the policy should be banned, he would support repealing it. Despite those conditions, McCain voted against the measure.

Simply, if your old enough to die for this country, you should be old enough to not be discriminated against for your sexuality. Here's some history and the latest on this hot topic.
