DAILY DOZEN: FLAG DAY

Today is Flag Day. Based on the articles below, each author has a slightly different take on what the day means. To me, it is a day to celebrate this prominent symbol of everything we stand for and certainly a day to remember our youth and once recite the Pledge Of Allegiance:

"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
