HALTER FORCES LINCOLN INTO RUNOFF

As neither Blanche Lincoln nor Bill Halter received 50 percent of the vote in the Arkansas Democratic primary, they will face off in three weeks in a runoff election. Lincoln may be in trouble as she did not receive as much of the vote as was expected.
