DAILY DOZEN: THE SPILL, TOP KILL, ETC.

At this moment, BP continues to conduct tests to determine if they will proceed with the now infamous 'Top Kill' procedure to stop the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico. While Republicans continue to point fingers, the Obama Administration continues to cede management of the operation to BP. I think that the GOP is out of line and Obama is out of step. This is not a time for partisan politics. As suggested here on Monday morning (and now the subject of topic #12 below), it is a time to set forth the challenge for America to completely convert our economy away from oil in 10-15 years - WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Our future is in your hands, Mr. President. Can we do this? YES WE CAN!!!
